Shipping Policy

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Our shipping method being currently available is STANDARD SHIPPING (USPS, EMS,CAINIAO) and EXPRESS SHIPPING (UPS, FEDEX).
  • We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. — excluding Illinois (IL).We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Processing Time:

  • Every item on Newcolor7 is made-to-order, and it will take us 2-5 business days to craft.

Order Dispatch and Tracking:

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Track your package using the provided number on our track page or contact us at support@newcolor7.com.

Order Modifications:

  • If you selected the wrong size, pattern, or wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

US Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS or EMS): Free, 6-12 business days delivery.
  • Express Shipping (FedEx or UPS): $29.9, 3-5 business days delivery.

Other Country Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (EMS or Yun Express): Free, 7-14 business days delivery.
  • Express Shipping (FedEx or UPS): $29.9, 3-7 business days delivery.

Domestic and International Shipping:

  • We ship to domestic and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • In case of an undeliverable package due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you for correct information. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Contact the carrier directly for resolution.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we aim to meet delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery. Your understanding is appreciated.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or other shipping issues, we’ll contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
