Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us here with your order number, the current delivery address, and the address you would like to change it to. We can make changes to your address before your order leaves our factory!
Style, size, and photo changes
We can make any necessary changes as long as you make the request within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us here with your order number in the subject line and any changes you would like in the body of the email. We will get back to you as soon as possible and make it happen!
Damaged/Printing error items
If your product arrives with a defect, please contact us here with your product pictures and order number.
After our customer service review, we will reprint your product and send it to you within 7 business days. Or, you can choose to apply for a full refund without returning the product.
Return your item within 7 days of receiving your order
Damaged/Printing error items can only be replaced within 7 days of successful delivery. After 7 days, Newcolor7 is not responsible for replacing any damaged or printing error items.
Please note that the size, color, or image you choose and send to you is incorrect, Newcolor7 is not responsible for replacing these items.
Product image disclaimer
Please note that while we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products, we cannot guarantee that every production photo accurately depicts the actual color of the item due to variations in screen resolution. If you have any questions regarding the color, material, or size of the product before purchasing, please contact us.
Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, we are happy to replace it and ensure that your order is delivered smoothly. If you do not wish to have your package replaced, we must wait 2 weeks before issuing a refund in case the package is delivered to you. Our customer service team will regularly check your order within two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.
Cancellation/Returns
If you want to cancel an order, you must send a cancel request email for us within 24 hours of placing the order because we require 2-3 days for production time and you will receive a full refund.
As your personalized product is unique and custom made for you, each item you purchase includes a $9 customization fee. If you need to cancel an order within 24-48 hours after purchasing, we will refund you the full cost of the item but deduct the $9 customization fee.
After the product is shipped, we do not accept returns except for size errors, damage, printing errors, and lost packages.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your refund request, please allow us up to 72 hours to process your refund. The refund will be returned to the payment solution originally used by the customer.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank or PayPal account again.
Then contact your credit card company or PayPal. Your refund may take some time to be officially issued.

CUSTOM DUTIES
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country.
We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
If packages are undelivered for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise and the order will NOT be eligible for a refund. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
