Don’t worry! Since our products are custom-made, it typically takes 2-3 business days for production before we can generate a tracking number. Once your order is crafted and handed over to the courier, we will immediately send the tracking details to your email.

Check your Spam folder: Sometimes our notification emails might end up there.
Weekends & Holidays: Production and shipping only occur on business days (Monday to Friday).
High Demand: During peak seasons, production may take slightly longer (up to 5 business days).
If you still haven’t received any updates after 5 business days, please contact us at support@newcolor7.com with your order number, and we will check the status for you immediately.
Since all our products are custom-made, your order goes through two stages:
Production: It takes 2-3 business days to craft your items.
Shipping: Once production is complete, we hand it over to the courier immediately.
To the USA: 7-12 business days.
Rest of the World: 7-15 business days.
Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes. Since our products are custom-made, we begin the production process quickly (within 2-3 days).
If your order hasn't entered production: We will do our best to update your address, size, or cancel the order.
If production has already started: We may not be able to make changes or offer a full refund.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we are happy to send a replacement at no extra cost to ensure you receive your order.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we kindly ask for a 2-week waiting period. This allows time for the carrier to resolve any delays in case the package is still on its way. During these two weeks, our customer service team will actively monitor your shipment and provide you with regular updates. If it still hasn't arrived after this period, we will issue a full refund immediately.
