For a quick resolution, if you received damaged or defective item(s), please submit photos to our Customer Support team HERE before starting a return.
Return Policy
- Items MUST be in unused/unworn condition.
- Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Face masks, Custom Rug items, Sling Chairs, and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
- Bulk item orders (20+ items) are not eligible for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not offer Exchanges.
